The lover level offers ample storage for seasonal water toys, kayaks, canoes, etc. The upper level can be used as a traditional garage or storage or would make a fantastic summer room by adding windows on the lakeside. Waterford Road is a picturesque, narrow, century-old road that hugs the shoreline. It offers beautiful views of granite cliffs on one side and Bear Pond on the other. The town of Harrison is only a six-minute drive. There, you will find the public boat launch for Long Lake and the public boat launch for Crystal Lake. In addition, there is a huge sandy beach and park, restaurants, a market, a gas station, and a marina. The town of Bridgton is a quick twelve-minute drive, and you will find absolutely anything there that you might be looking for. Pleasant Mountain and Sunday River ski resorts are both twenty minutes away!
